We are delighted to invite you to join our lifestyle medicine group clinics. Making positive lifestyle changes can be hugely beneficial for your health and wellbeing, and we want to support you with this through our group clinics at the Practice.
Over a 12 week period you can join a group of similar minded patients. You attend 3 group sessions where we cover the principles of movement, nutrition, stress and sleep management. We have lots of additional email content, books and local services who are all ready to support you on your journey to better health.
We have had some amazing success stories from our group consultations already. Participants describe feeling happier, having more energy, sleeping less and losing weight. I have been able to help people reduce their diabetic and blood pressure medication as well as seeing health markers like diabetes control improve significantly.
