For emergency appointment requests the Practice operates a triage system and the Receptionist asks you for brief details of your symptoms and checks your contact details to enable our Clinical Triage Team to call you back to discuss the issue and offer the most appropriate service.

Patients requesting to speak to a GP/Nurse on the phone (apart from Triage): the Receptionist takes your details, contact number and a brief note of the issue that you wish to discuss and gives you a suitable time at which to phone back.
