For information on the coronavirus outbreak please go to the NHS Inform page on coronavirus or the information on GOV.UK.

If you don't have symptoms and are looking for general information, a free helpline has been set up on 0800 028 2816.

The helpline is open:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 10.00pm
  • Saturday and Sunday, 8.00am to 6.00pm

DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY IF YOU THINK YOU MAY HAVE CORONAVIRUS.

If you are in need of support during this difficult period, East Ayrshire Council have compiled a list of organisations and volunteers who aim to provide a range of services boosting community resilience.  Please visit www.east-ayrshire.gov.uk/CouncilAndGovernment/Coronavirus/Community-resilience-groups.aspx for further information.

**Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, the Practice has suspended all non-urgent and routine services.  This is to reduce the footfall of patients in the Practice and the risk of transmission to both our patients and our staff.  We are taking this action in the hope that it reduces the spread of the infection allowing the practice to continue offering medical services throughout the pandemic period.

**Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, the Practice will temporarily accept repeat prescription requests by telephone as well as online.  Please do not attend the practice to order a prescription.  All requests must include a preferred pharmacy for collection.

Our GP practices and Community Pharmacies are working incredibly hard to keep their services operating and medicine supply flowing in this extremely challenging time

Medicines are NOT in short supply. Please only order the medicines that you need from your GP practice. Do not order all of your medicines automatically every time. Please tell the practice which pharmacy you wish to collect medicines from. GPs and Community Pharmacies will work together to ensure you get your medicines when they are due.  Pharmacies are extremely busy, please allow at least FIVE days from ordering your medicine to collection from the Community Pharmacy.

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms (new continuous cough, fever, shortness of breath) or had contact with someone with corona virus DO NOT go to your Community Pharmacy. Stay at home and self-isolate.  Please ask someone else to collect your medicines.

**We are not issuing double prescriptions or increased quantities of medication.**

Your patience and support during this time is greatly appreciated.
