Anyone developing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, however mild should self-isolate for 7 days.
The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are recent onset of:
- a new continuous cough and/or
- a high temperature
- loss of, or change in,sense of smell or taste
A new continuous cough is where you:
- have a new cough that’s lasted for an hour
- have had 3 or more episodes of coughing in 24 hours
- are coughing more than usual
There is no need to contact us unless symptoms worsen during home isolation or you are no better after 7 days.

**Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, the Practice has suspended all non-urgent and routine services. This is to reduce the footfall of patients in the Practice and the risk of transmission to both our patients and our staff. We are taking this action in the hope that it reduces the spread of the infection allowing the practice to continue offering medical services throughout the pandemic period.**
**Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, the Practice will temporarily accept repeat prescription requests by telephone as well as online. Please do not attend the practice to order a prescription. All requests must include a preferred pharmacy for collection. If no pharmacy is given, the order must be collected at the front door to the Practice, please ring the bell and await assistance. Do not enter the building. Please ensure you allow 48 hours for processing. **
**We are not issuing double prescriptions or increased quantities of medication.**
Your patience and support during this time is greatly appreciated.
